Prof Dr Torsten Brinda was the chair of WG3.2 from 2011 to 2013, the vice-chair of WG3.1 from 2018 to 2019, and the chair of WG3.1 from 2020. He co-chaired the recent successful hybrid WCCE 2022 conference, has been the lead editor for three IFIP post-conference proceedings and has been a regular author and co-author of IFIP published papers

Dr Jaana Holvikivi was the vice-chair of WG3.4 from 2016 to 2019 and the chair of WG3.4 from 2019. She was the chair of the IPC for the successful and first hybrid IFIP conference, OCCE 2021, and a co-author of the post-conference proceedings. She has been a regular member of conference IPCs and author and co-author of IFIP published papers.

Assoc Prof Dr Therese Keane was the national representative for Australia to IFIP TC3 from 2017 to 2019, and has been the vice-chair of WG3.3 since 2021. She was the co-chair of the OCCE 2020 conference held in Mumbai, India, and has been a co-editor of two post-conference proceedings. She is a regular author and co-author of IFIP published papers and is a deputy editor of the IFIP TC3 EAIT journal.

Prof Dr Javier Osorio was the vice-chair of WG3.7 from 2015 to 2020, and has been the chair of WG3.7 from 2020. He was the organising committee chair for technical provision and support for Zanzibar Declaration events and has been a regular member of conference IPCs. He has been a regular author and co-author of IFIP published papers and is an associate editor of the IFIP TC3 EAIT journal.

IFIP relies upon considerable support and effort, willingly offered by its members. IFIP celebrates such commitment and dedication, and these four IFIP TC3 members are recognised for the significant contributions they have made to the work of IFIP TC3, to its organisation, to its events and to its publications. For their outstanding work, the IFIP General Assembly has awarded each of them a distinguished Service Award. Well done and thank you!
