IFIP WG 9.2 (Social Accountability and Computing) is inviting members to contribute to a short, important survey exploring how people experience and evaluate digital systems. Your insights as IT professionals are vital.
The survey examines factors that shape trust in digital interactions – from functionality and efficiency to security, fairness, and the growing influence of AI-driven platforms. By gathering a wide range of perspectives, we aim to build clearer criteria for assessing how well digital systems serve the public.
Your participation will help us understand:
- what drives confidence or resistance in digital systems
- how trust varies across public-sector and commercial contexts
- where the key trade-offs lie between convenience, fairness, automation, and human oversight
Please take part and share the link with colleagues across regions and sectors. Broad participation will strengthen the value of the findings.
