Do you know an IFIP colleague who deserves greater recognition? If so, consider nominating them for an IFIP Award.
There are currently three awards open for nomination:
- Auerbach Award 2026
- Service Award 2026
- IFIP Fellow 2026
The deadlines to submit for IFIP Awards are as follows:
- Auerbach Award 2026 – 1 April 2026
- IFIP Fellow 2026 – 30 April 2026
- Service Award 2026 – 15 July 2026
All nominations must be made online via the IFIP website with nomination no longer being accepted by email. The details of eligibility, criteria for awards and necessary forms are available on the website and in the IFIP Bylaws.
Nominations for the Auerbach and Service awards can only be made by General Assembly members through the Secure Area.
Nomination for Fellowships can be submitted by anyone, except the person nominated or members of the Fellow Selection Committee. Nominations must also include details of three referees who must be current members of an IFIP Working Group, Technical Committee or the General Assembly.
