As part of its capacity building and development programs aimed at transforming Nigeria through digital innovations, NCS (Nigeria Computer Society) is planning a second Artificial Intelligence Summit in collaboration with the Plateau State Government.

To be held from 21–23 March 2023, the event is looking for experts and speakers to get involved.

NCS President, Professor Adesina S. Sodiya has called on Nigerians to leverage Artificial Intelligence for the economic growth of the country, saying: “Artificial intelligence has been implemented across the globe to enhance the process and activities of both public and private organisations. Countries and business are now leveraging the technology. Integrating AI into Government would trigger numerous activities such as better policy formulation, efficient decision making, enhancing quality of service and increase work output in promoting good government,” he said.

The Summit will feature:

  • Exhibitions and Demonstrations
  • Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Challenge
  • Discussion Forum and AI4D
