The 23rd edition of the PLM International Conference (PLM IC), organised by the University of Salento, brings together leading researchers and practitioners in the field of Product Lifecycle Management.
Since its inception, PLM IC has served as the official conference of IFIP WG 5.1 (Global Product Development for the Whole Lifecycle).
PLM26 will explore frontier topics that demand new approaches to data and technology management, innovative models for product and service design, and enhanced collaboration across engineering teams and supply chains. These developments are supported by appropriate organisational and educational initiatives. The conference aims to bridge business strategy with the collaborative creation, design, management and distribution of product and process data across extended enterprises responsible for complex products and systems throughout their entire lifecycle.
PLM26 provides a vital forum for the PLM community, supporting the exploration of current advances and future trends through:
- Four academic and industry keynote speeches

- Contributions from speakers representing 18 countries
- A dedicated PhD workshop, including a “Best Student” award
- A Digital Twin Contest
