IFIP is sponsoring the 34th European Summer School in Logic, Language and Information. The event, which runs from 31 July to 11 August 2023, is being held at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
IFIP made the decision to support the event after a request from support from Žitnik Slavko, the new chairman of the Slovenian Society INFORMATIKA, one of IFIP’s member societies.
IFIP has provided a scholarship which allows one young computer scientist, chosen by ESSLLI organisers, to have their fees waived.
This is just one of many ways in which IFIP remains committed to supporting young scientists and IFIP Member Societies.
