IFIP leaders travelled to the Palais des Nations in Geneva this month to meet with officials from UNCTAD (United Nations Conference on Trade and Development).
The meeting explored ways that the global IFIP community could help developing countries to better leverage frontier technologies.
Supporting the United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development, the UN’s main intergovernmental platform for discussions on STI for the SDGs, IFIP looks forward to collaborating with #UNCTAD and partners from across the #UN system and other stakeholders to share expertise and facilitate strategic planning for #ai development and deployment for the #SDGs.
