Belated congratulations to Professor Dr Burkhard Stiller, Chair of IFIP TC6, on being awarded the Dan Stokesberry Award earlier this year.
Dr Stiller received the award in May during the closing Ceremony of the IEEE/IFIP Network Operations and Management Symposium (NOMS 2025), which has been supported for over 25 years by IFIP WG6.6 on Management of Networks and Distributed Systems.
The Dan Stokesberry Award is presented in memory of the IFIP/IEEE International Symposium on Integrated Network Management (IM 1997) Chair Dan Stokesberry to an individual who has made a particularly distinguished technical contribution to the growth of the field on Network and Operations Management.
