UNESCO is seeking applications for the 2nd edition of the UNESCO-Al Fozan International Prize for the Promotion of Young Scientists in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
Established by the 212th session of the Executive Board of UNESCO, the Prize is awarded every two years to five talented young scientists under the age of 40, from each five regional group of UNESCO, for their contributions to research, education or scientific cooperation.
Each laureate will receive US$50,000 to help launch their careers and share their ideas with the world.
