The second AI4GS conference will be held on August 2025 in Montréal, Quebec and hosted as a workshop during the famous IJCAI Conference.
Global security refers to the measures taken by states, international organizations, and other actors to ensure mutual survival, safety, and stability on a worldwide scale. This concept has evolved from a traditional military-focused approach to a more comprehensive framework addressing interconnected challenges in an increasingly globalized world.
Global Security is a transverse discipline aiming at gathering the common factors of security in the different domains, physical, cyber, economic, political, health, etc.
Artificial Intelligence has emerged as a pivotal tool in global security. From cybersecurity to military and counterterrorism applications to video analytics and fight against fraud and money laundering, AI offers unprecedented capabilities and challenges.
