The AI for Good Summit is fast approaching—and you’re not going to want to miss this historic gathering. The goal of the summit is to propose strategies for the development of AI applications and systems to help address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals with focus on four central themes:

  • Privacy, Ethics and Societal Challenges
  • Common Good and Sustainable Living
  • Capacity Building & Poverty Reduction
  • Investment, Economic Aspects and Designing the Future

These strategies will ultimately feed into a comprehensive set of ‘AI guidelines and strategies’ addressing ethical, technical, standardization, societal and policy issues related to AI.

To be held from 7-9 June in Geneva, Switzerland, the event will be broadcast globally (in six languages) and has attracted participants from all corners of the planet including experts from organizations like ACM, IEEE, IFIP, CSTA and Digital Africa.

Over 60 prominent speakers working in AI and Social Good will lend their expert perspectives and drive the collaborative efforts at the AI for Good Global Summit, including the Director of Stanford Artificial Intelligence Lab (SAIL), the Chief Scientist of AI at Google Cloud and Assistant Director-General for Communication and Information at UNESCO.
